Because Tokimeki Girlfriend provides digital services, completed payments are generally non-refundable.

If there is a duplicate payment, technical failure, or account issue, please contact support so we can review the case.

Monthly plans can be cancelled through the billing management flow and remain available until the end of the paid period.
